Shipping Service
Our Manaresi orders are shipped from the UK. 
Once your order is ready for despatch you will receive an SMS notification of your delivery status and you can track your parcel through our website.

Order processing
Orders placed before 4pm GMT on a business day we aim to ship the same day, providing there are no problems with checkout and the stock is available. Orders placed after 4pm GMT will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. Next working day orders despatched on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed on Fridays after 4pm GMT will be shipped on the following Monday. 

Customs Duty and Taxes
From 01/01/2021, EU orders will be subject to import VAT on arrival at your country's standard rate with no duty payable. VAT is charged at 0% on EU sales at checkout. When you place an EU order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. Customers take full liability for any parcels returned back to us due to unpaid customs or tax charges or for refused deliveries.
