Shipping Service
Our US orders are shipped from the UK. 
Once your order is ready for despatch you will receive an SMS notification of your delivery status and you can track your parcel through our website.

Order processing
Orders placed before 4pm GMT on a business day we aim to ship the same day, providing there are no problems with checkout and the stock is available. Orders placed after 4pm GMT will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. Next working day orders despatched on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed on Fridays after 4pm GMT will be shipped on the following Monday. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
No customs duty or tax is payable for orders up to the value of $800.00. For orders over $800 you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. 
Customers take full liability for any parcels returned back to us due to unpaid customs or tax charges or for rejected deliveries.
